Frequently asked questions
Is this an official translation of my Korean prescription?+
No. This is a reference translation for your personal understanding. For an official sworn translation (for example, for an insurance claim or a visa application), please contact a certified translator.
Will my prescription image be saved on your servers?+
No. The image is processed in memory only and deleted immediately after the translation is returned. We do not store the image, and we do not log the translated text.
What languages are supported?+
English, Japanese (日本語), Chinese (中文), Thai (ไทย), Vietnamese (Tiếng Việt), Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia), and Korean.
How accurate is the translation?+
We use Claude vision AI to read the printed text on the prescription. Names, dosage, frequency and duration are translated as printed. Anything unclear is marked [unclear] so you can confirm with your pharmacist.
Why does this cost money?+
Each translation has a real AI processing cost. The pass model lets you translate as many prescriptions as you need within the period (3, 7, or 30 days) instead of paying per document.
Can I get a refund?+
The pass is non-refundable once used, due to the immediate cost of AI processing. If your first translation fails for a technical reason, please contact us.
